AP STATISTICS

A fun (yes, fun) and unique math course where you gain real-world knowledge!

WHO?SHOULD TAKE AP STATISTICS?

  • Sophomores or Juniors that are also taking Precalculus or Calculus
  • Seniors:
    • That are also taking Precalculus or Calculus
    • That do not want to take Precalc or Calc, but need another math credit and who also did well in prior math course (A or B)

I do not recommend this course for Freshmen; there is no rush; you have three more years…..save yourself something to look forward to ☺

WHY?TAKE AP STATISTICS?

  • Statistics is a course required in almost every college major – take it now! So you don’t have to take it (or pay for it) later
  • THE MOST RELEVANT (real world) MATH COURSE THAT EXISTS!
  • Increase your GPA with a 5.0!
  • Improve that college application “resume”
  • Counts as a math credit;
    • if you like math, why not take another (and unique this time) math course?
    • if you don’t like math ☹, this is much different than algebra-based math courses like pre-calc or calculus; buck the trend and take something different
