What is the HHFA?
The HHFA is a survey conducted in health care facilities.
It provides a snapshot of how well the service delivery system is working.
The HHFA assesses:
services available in health facilities
capacities to provide the services at the required standards of quality
provider adherence to standards in the care processes
What is the HHFA?
The HHFA:
covers all key health services, programmes and facility management systems
assesses outpatient and inpatient services
focuses on primary health care
