We are going to try to have the students present their letters in a public speaking format. We are putting a music stand and microphone (like a podium) and they read their letter convincing the other students in the other class to their side. We are creating a place for them to vote and invite some other adults in to hear the presentations and vote. We are creating a Jamestown backdrop behind our podium. This will be are writing celebration activity.
