A Cleft in The Rock
فقال ارني مجدك. فقال اجيز كل جودتي قدامك وانادي باسم الرب قدامك واتراءف على من اتراءف وارحم من ارحم. وقال لا تقدر ان ترى وجهي لان الانسان لا يراني ويعيش. And he said, "Please, show me Your glory". Then He said, "I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion". But He said, "You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live".
وقال الرب هوذا عندي مكان فتقف على الصخرة. ويكون متى اجتاز مجدي اني اضعك في نقرة من الصخرة واسترك بيدي حتى اجتاز. ثم ارفع يدي فتنظر ورائي واما وجهي فلا يرى (خر 33 : 18 – 23)
And the LORD said, "Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock. "So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. "Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen“ (Exo 33 : 18 – 23)
ثم صعد موسى وهرون وناداب وابيهو وسبعون من شيوخ اسرائيل. وراوا اله اسرائيل وتحت رجليه شبه صنعة من العقيق الازرق الشفاف وكذات السماء في النقاوة. ولكنه لم يمد يده الى اشراف بني اسرائيل فراوا الله واكلوا وشربوا. (خر 24 : 9 – 11)
Then Moses went up, also Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel,. and they saw the God of Israel. And [there was] under His feet as it were a paved work of sapphire stone, and it was like the very heavens in [its] clarity. But on the nobles of the children of Israel He did not lay His hand. So they saw God, and they ate and drank. (Exo 24 : 9 – 11)

فقلت ويل لي اني هلكت لاني انسان نجس الشفتين وانا ساكن بين شعب نجس الشفتين لان عيني قد راتا الملك رب الجنود. (أش 6 : 5)
So I said: "Woe [is] me, for I am undone! Because I [am] a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts". (Isa 6 : 5)

واحدة سالت من الرب واياها التمس ان اسكن في بيت الرب كل ايام حياتي لكي انظر الى جمال الرب واتفرس في هيكله. لانه يخبئني في مظلته في يوم الشر يسترني بستر خيمته على صخرة يرفعني.
One [thing] I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.

والان يرتفع راسي على اعدائي حولي فاذبح في خيمته ذبائح الهتاف اغني وارنم للرب. (مز 27 : 4 – 6)
And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD. (Psa 27 : 4 – 6)

فقام واكل وشرب وسار بقوة تلك الاكلة اربعين نهارا واربعين ليلة الى جبل الله حوريب. ودخل هناك المغارة وبات فيها وكان كلام الرب اليه يقول ما لك ههنا يا ايليا. ( 1مل 19 : 8 – 9)

وبعد الزلزلة نار ولم يكن الرب في النار وبعد النار صوت منخفض خفيف. فلما سمع ايليا لف وجهه بردائه وخرج ووقف في باب المغارة واذا بصوت اليه يقول ما لك ههنا يا ايليا. ( 1مل 19 : 12 – 13)
and after the earthquake a fire, [but] the LORD [was] not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice. So it was, when Elijah heard [it,] that he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. Suddenly a voice [came] to him, and said, "What are you doing here, Elijah?".(1Kg 19 : 12 – 13)

الذي كان من البدء الذي سمعناه الذي رايناه بعيوننا الذي شاهدناه ولمسته ايدينا من جهة كلمة الحياة. فان الحياة اظهرت وقد راينا ونشهد ونخبركم بالحياة الابدية التي كانت عند الاب واظهرت لنا. ( 1يو 1 : 1 – 2)
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life. the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us (1John 1 : 1 – 2)

Who sees the Son?
فتقدم هؤلاء الى فيلبس الذي من بيت صيدا الجليل وسألوه قائلين يا سيد نريد ان نرى يسوع (يو 12 : 21)
Then they came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, "Sir, we wish to see Jesus" (Joh 12 : 21)
