Where we started-

  • Storage space
  • No teacher in space so it was a free for all.
  • Outdated collection stored 6 ft off the ground

  • Students love to use the space.

  • Some teacher miss being able to dictate how the space gets used.

Resources used

Follett Destiny uses Titlewave and we had a collection analysis done in order to get diverse texts.

Demco rep and my department principle worked on revamping the furniture.

We had lovely collaborative lessons with 6th grade that resulted in raising test scores.

This lead to getting the CTE class to design our signs for the space for next year.
