THOUGHTS?

Requiring a state Match when Tribal governments are project proponents also doesn’t fully support the states co-management responsibilities for upholding treaty rights.

From my perspective, I don't see 5% or 10% vs. 20% being all that different in terms of reporting match in EAGL. But completely removing a match requirement, would be huge. ~Darcey

Not all watersheds are fortunate enough to have an umbrella agency like Pierce County that can bear the match burden. It would be great if match could be shared regionally or on a program level rather than at the level of each funding agreement.

I’ve heard that Ecology is going to start using DocuSign soon for their grant agreements (starting with their Stormwater program, hopefully it will reach FbD soon)

It would be great if all the state agencies could use the same e-signature process.

I'd just like to say bravo to Mallory, Pierce County and Ecology. As a subrecipient (SPSSEG), the amount of work they do to move the funds into the ground in an accountable yet flexible way is nothing short of IMPRESSIVE!

Like the idea of leveraging funds instead of requiring match. Or possibly Ecology gets match for FbD on a programmatic scale.
