VISION

OUR VISION

• ATD- “Attack The Day”– Proverbs 14:23: All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty. (Foundation of our program)

•Relationships will be at the forefront of our program. Our players were created to be great. We achieve that through DETAILS and DISCIPLINE.

•Success Beyond MVP: - Eternal Significance - Great Fathers and Husbands. (Provide tools to make sure this happens.)

  • Program is designed to grow players socially, emotionally, academically, and athletically. Success on the field is a culmination of all of these. Without one of these, we are not operating at an MVP LEVEL.

Expectations

  • Program Expectations: To develop the best K5-12th football program in this State. 7th-12th currently. (Unique opportunity to build the entire program under one roof.)
    • Start Youth Program next year. 5th and 6th Grade

  • Streamline our Program Goals to work for our youth programs and more importantly, our middle school programs. (Player Development Model)

  • Create a high school program that provides opportunities for our players to grow socially, emotionally, and athletically.

  • Win! Exposure for our student-athletes to earn opportunities at the next level.

  • Recruiting Success- Get players to the next level if that is their wish.

Player Development

  • Our mission is to prepare our young men to lead themselves, their families, and others in every stage of their life. Starts now!

  • Recognize their calling in life. PASSION. Students have made a choice to be here. Power in uniformity and accountability. These kids want to be successful!

  • Weekly meetings- Learn who they are, what they believe in, and who they want to become. Powerful to understand their thoughts and behavior at this age.

  • Leadership, Character Development, and Mentorship Lessons

  • Academic Excellence-Grade Requirements (Focus Friday Study Halls)

ACADEMICS/ DUAL ENROLLMENT

  • Academics are non-negotiable
  • Support Structures in place to help our students be successful

  • Football will end at some point….we want our players to be set up for continued success.
  • CTE Courses
    • Internships
    • Relationships and Networking Opportunities
  • Recruiting Advantage- College Coaches see and recognize that our athletes can handle being a college athlete. They already are….and in lots of cases are held to an even higher standard.
