A-G Requirements
Students check off classes taken to meet SRA course requirements( per semester) and A-G.
Use your transcript to complete the form.
LOTE ( any foreign language)
VAPA- any visual or performing art
College Course Enrollment
Concurrent Enrollment: Starting your college education as a high school student ( online recommended)
SPA( Student/Parent Agreement Form) - Form submitted for course approval. Need to complete application, activate MSJC account, pick course(s), get parent and counselor/ principals signatures, student submits to MSJC through the student hub. Then register for class on given date from MSJC
Registration Process
Register online for MSJC account (get student ID) https://www.msjc.edu/apply/high-school-students.html
Get approval from counselor for courses
Get parent. counselor/ Principal signatures by specified date ( TBD)
Scan signed document ( SPA form) to student hub before MSJC specified date
Receive email form MSJC with course registration date/time.
( make sure you know the section number for course)
Ex. ENGL-101 ( course ID)
2234- section ( different for each assigned staff)
If you miss this step, you will not be in the class. This is the students responsibility. If you have trouble with registration you will contact MSJC
