• Executive Sponsor�Responsible for internal ownership, accountability, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.�
• Project Lead / Admin�Responsible for initial account setup, checklist configuration, user setup, and coordination with Modeeri during implementation.�
• Field Champions / Area Managers�Responsible for driving adoption at the store level and ensuring teams are actively using Modeeri in daily workflows.
• Note: One person can be assigned 1-2 of the above roles.�
