Responsibilities of the School Committee
In addition to voting the school rules and regulations, the school committee provides an opinion based on a vote regarding school management and school life matters, particularly for:

Dates to remember
On the 1st of September at 4:30pm: Informational zoom meeting for the parents. There will be no advertising for one parent association over another. A summary of the information provided during this meeting will be included in the next newsletters to be sent.

From September 1st until September 15th, parents will be organising their campaign and will build up the lists.
The statements of intent must be prepared on plain A4 paper, double-sided, in both French and English.�

On the 15th of September, the lists must be submitted no later than 12pm. ���
From the 15th to the 23rd of September, the campaign will be launched and each list will have the same exposure on the notice board at the entrance and in the Newsletter. �Elise Lombrage will be in charge of ensuring that the communication is fair if there is more than one list.

Voting process
Parent representatives to the School Committee and School Council are elected on a Party-list proportional representation system. Panachage and crossing off are not authorised.
Seats will then be distributed among the different lists in proportion to the number of votes obtained and following the order of the candidates on the lists.
