Assesment
An energy assessment is an inspection survey and an analysis of energy flows for energy conservation in a system. Energy assessment should be always the first step after defining and setting the system. It is recommended to assessment every year.
Parts of assessment:

Assets
The last step is Asset management. Is part where we add equipment in the system, do TCO so we can track equipment operation. On charts, in asset management, we can see savings before and after events.

Total cost of ownership(TCO)
TCO is a tool for Compressed air system proposal evaluation based on quality, transparency with clearly described rating criteria and equality of treatment. TCO page can be used for many purposes:

Total cost of ownership(TCO)

CALMS is using same toolbox called Fill data to search for compressor data from different databases in different sections like Setup, Simulations, TCO..
You can find your compressors by entering different properties. If you change Source you can find compressors that are already in this system(data in SETUP).
Bidding

Create new bid.
This is electronic bidding platform for selecting best proposal for compressor based on TCO and equal criteria’s prepared by CA expert.

Events
Events give you an insight into how specific investments are paying off. For example event, can be a compressor upgrade, filter replacement or employee training etc.
