Back to School Night 2019

INCLUSION

Thoughts, ideas, and perspectives of all individuals matter.

EQUITY

Policies, programs, practices are designed to allow equal access to people from diverse backgrounds.

DIVERSITY

Multiple dimensions of identity are represented in school or organization.

BELONGING

Each individual's potential is fully engaged, innovation thrives, and views, beliefs, and values are integrated.

The dominant ideology, group, or cultural norm is deferred to.

Over saturation of similarity, homogeneous culture, simplified points of view.

Culture assimilation results in disengagement

Belonging:

The intersection between Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
