For our tropical Rio drink pitch we will be using Google slides as it a useful resource for our group to be able to communicate with each other and manage tasks that we need to be completed to ensure that our pitch will be successful. Also Google slides has features such as being able to:

Ensure you meet all the key points in detail during the pitch. | Do not keep information simple and short go into detail so that the audience can gain a understanding. However not too much detail because it may cause the audience to get bored about the information. |
Speak clearly and project voice while speaking. | Do not ignore questions from the audience try to answer. |
Engage with the audience | Do not read information from the board. Because it would not allow you to engage with audience. |
Ensure to summarise information. | Do not over sell it |
Make sure presentation is bright colourful with pictures of the product to gain the attention of the audience | Don’t forget to look over your presentation before the presentation to ensure everything is organised and every knows what they are doing. |
