Quality Group sends email to RMA Group for initiating return order/containment
RPA reads email
Gen AI extracts key information from email body (Sales Order number, Items, Qty, Price, Reason
RPA creates return sales order for the item and also project item.
Based on the request for containment in email, RPA puts open sales orders, WIP production orders and shipments for the item and its revisions, creates inspection orders for the item

One of the key features is ‘Capacity Issues’
For example: If a Work Center’s (WC) capacity to manufacture is 10 items/day and demand is to produce 12 items/day, work center is overloaded.
Based on the historical production data at each WC, Infor AI predicts for an item of ’n’ quantity requires ‘m’ time at each operation.
Show these Quantity discrepancy production orders as exceeded capacity orders.
Capacity Issues are highlighted in the ‘On Your Radar’ widget. On drilldown, production orders grouped by WC for the next 7 Daya is displayed.
Action can be taken, by downloading content into excel and intimate required stakeholders
