    • Seek relevant information and perspectives from reliable sources.
    • Consider how different stakeholders might be affected by the decision.
  3. Evaluate options and potential consequences:
    • Brainstorm and evaluate different options available to you.
    • Assess the potential positive and negative consequences of each option.
  4. Make a decision based on values and desired outcomes:
    • Reflect on your personal values and the desired outcomes you wish to achieve.
    • Choose the option that aligns with your values and is most likely to lead to positive outcomes.
  5. Take action and implement the decision:
