  • API for each vendor
  • Allows usage data to be harvested manually or automatically to be downloaded or used in Alma Analytics reports
  • Set up in vendor record under the ‘Usage Data’ tab

Potential problems

  • Change from Counter 4 to Counter 5 in Jan 2019. Since then, vendors have been switching over and making C4 no longer available
  • Broken links/inaccurate information
  • Too many vendor accounts!

  • Columns: vendor code, load file status, load file upload method, load file COUNTER report type, load file SUSHI account, load file COUNTER release
    • Filter: Load file upload method is equal to/ is in SUSHI

  • SUSHI Vendor Lists from Ex Libris
  • Contact vendor for requester ID, customer ID, password
  • Test connection
