These norms are in place to guide our meetings and clearly set our expectations of all participants.

They will help us remain focused on our agenda and respect the time of all participants.

As adults in these meetings we are responsible for modelling positive interactions to our student members.

1. All participants are required to display their name on their zoom screen before being admitted to the meeting.

2. Comments and questions will be taken from participants (voice and chat) relevant to agenda items and slide deck presentation.

3. For questions outside of the agenda items, we will provide a Google form for participants to fill out so that the question can be directed to the appropriate person or committee.

4. All participants are asked to present questions or comments in a respectful manner. We may not always agree, but it is important to be kind in our interactions.
