What is CONNECT Me?

A new initiative proposed as an RJV to strengthen already established CTE pathways to CC partners in an effort to ensure smooth transition to CC with the overall goal of increasing HS to CC matriculation

How could CONNECT Me help?

Provide additional funding and project management support to strengthen ties between HS and CC

  • Transportation and food for field trips to community college campus
  • Stipends for HS faculty or CC faculty as needed
  • Stipends for
    • Ambassadors as “influencers” for HS students
    • Community Health Worker students as “influencers” for HS Students
    • Stipends for affinity group members as “influencers” for HS Students
