The Process

  • The counseling intern reviewed each student’s file to determine if they are ready for a comprehensive ed plan appointment with a counselor
  • Students on that list are sent an e-mail by the Department Counseling Intern
    • Email #1: Students ready for a comprehensive ed plan (intake form)
      • Interested in scheduling an appointment with a counselor for an education plan
      • Questions on how to send transcripts, transfer pathways/options/guarantees, basic needs, tutoring, or other support services or general questions
    • Email #2: Students who need to submit transcripts or need to request a transcript evaluation

  • Students who schedule an appointment, and complete a comprehensive education plan will receive $100.00 sometime during the spring 2022 semester
    • Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund
