Introduction

Angel Chicken Kitchen is an American cuisine restaurant near UT Dallas

The manager of the restaurant is wondering why their bowls are not selling well

Especially since bowls are a healthier alternative to their sandwiches

We have created a survey to better understand their clientele and why their bowls are not selling well

Methods

  • The research in this proposal was conducted for causal reasons - meant to understand the reason why the bowls were not selling
  • Survey was conducted with a questionnaire on Qualtrics
  • Included questions about demographic, # of times eating out, preferable types of cuisine chosen, and if the individuals have tried ACK
  • We executed this survey by reaching out to students and faculty at UT Dallas
