SS: Covers 2B to receive possible throw.
LF: Backs up possible throw to 2B.
CF: Moves to back up a possible throw to 2B from 1B area.
RF: Backs up 1B.

Ground Ball to 3B/SS Gap - No Runners On
Responsibilities
P:
C: Moves to back up throw to 1B.
1B: Covers 1B to receive throw.
2B: Covers 2B to receive a possible throw.
3B: Charges towards 1B to field the ball. Throws to 1B if ball is fielded.
SS: Takes deeper angle behind 3rd baseman to cover more ground. Throws to 1B if the ball is fielded, covers 3B if not.
LF: Moves towards the 3B/SS gap to field the ball if it gets through. Moves to backup 3B if SS or 3B fields the ball.
CF: Backs up a possible throw to 2B from 1B area.
RF: Moves to back up throw to 1B.

Responsibilities

1B: Fields the ball. If close to 1B then step on 1B and throw to SS while calling out “Tag! Tag!” else throw to SS covering 2B.
2B: Backs up 1B and then continues on to 1B to cover for a possible throw from SS. Communicates with P.
3B: Covers 3B
SS: Covers 2B to receive a throw.
LF: Backs up possible throw to 2B.
CF: Moves to back up a possible throw to 2B from 1B area.
RF: Backs up 1B.

Responsibilities
P: Field the ball and throw to second base. Before the pitch, communicate with SS and 2B to understand who will cover the base.

2B: Covers second base to receive a throw or backs up SS. Before the pitch, communicates with SS to understand who will cover the base.
3B: Covers 3B
SS: Covers second base to receive a throw or backs up 2B. Before the pitch, communicates with 2B to understand who will cover the base.
LF: Backs up 3B.
CF: Backs up a throw to 2B from P area.

Responsibilities
P: Moves to back up a possible throw from CF to 2B.
C: Throws to 2B.
1B: Call out that runner is stealing.
2B: If right handed batter, cover 2B. If left handed batter, backup SS at 2B.
3B: Covers 3B to receive a possible throw.
SS: If left handed batter, cover 2B. If righted handed batter, backup SS at 2B.
LF: Moves to backs up 3B for possible throw from 2B or CF area.
CF: Moves to back up 2B.
RF: Moves to back up 2B.

Responsibilities
P: Moves to back up a possible throw from CF to 2B.
C: Checks 3B and throws if 3B has their hands up. Otherwise throws to 2B.
1B: Call out that runner is stealing.
2B: Move to backup 2B.
3B: Covers 3B to receive a possible throw. Call for the ball by raising hands if runner is too far off the base.
SS: Cover 2B. If the 3B runner breaks for home, then move up to cut off the ball and throw home.
LF: Moves to backs up 3B for possible throw from the catcher.
CF: Moves to back up 2B.
RF: Moves to back up 2B.

2B: Move to cut off throw from C and throw home in the case that the 3B runner breaks for home.
3B: Covers 3B to receive a possible throw. Call for the ball by raising hands if runner is too far off the base.
SS: Cover 2B.
LF: Moves to backs up 3B for possible throw from C.
CF: Moves to back up 2B.
RF: Moves to back up 2B.

SS: Take two steps to cover 2B, and then break towards home to receive throw from C. Throw home if runner breaks, or throw to 3B if runner is too far off.
LF: Moves to backs up 3B for possible throw from the SS.
CF: Moves to back up 2B.
RF: Moves to back up 2B.
