I love the beach, reading, coffee and spending time with my family! My coping strategies include getting outside, listening to music and having quiet time! And of course spending time with my dog, Arlo!

I love to visit Puerto Rico. Photography is my passion. I love to spend time with my family. One of my favorite coping skills is to listen to uplifting music.
