Wednesday: Interactive session

  • Take a picture of something that is important to you and present it to your group. It can be an object, a place or a thing.
  • Presentation about yourself: 
    • What are you interested in?
    • What are your hobbies?
    • Subjects that you like?
  • What aspects of your culture/ your country do you appreciate/like? Why?
  • Which traditions do you want to continue with? Which celebrations are important to you for instance? Why?
  • What kind of a picture do you have of Finland/Spain/Poland? 
    • (What do you know about the culture in Finland for instance? What about the nature? School? Etc.)

  • A short video to begin with
  • Please tell the others: 
    • What do you appreciate in life? 
    • Tell at least 3-5 things about yourself:
    • Which things bring joy and happiness into your life at this moment? 
    • What goals do you have in your life right now?
  • How do you implement sustainable development in your everyday life?
    • Please get to know the Agenda 2030 goals together.  Which of them are difficult to execute? 
    • In which goals have you come far in your respective countries? 
    • Which ones are the most important in your respective countries?

  • Please say Good morning or Hello in as many languages as possible. How many languages can we together come up with?
  • For example like this:
  • The first person says: Hyvää huomenta!
  • Eveybody repeats: Hyvää huomenta
  • The next person says: God morgon! (Swedish). Everybody repeats and so on...

  • Please present yourself by telling at least five things about yourself.
  • How “international” are you?
    •  Do you have contacts from different countries (friends for instance, or do you follow somebody online etc.)
    •  Where would you like to travel? Why do you think it is important to meet people from different countries? 
    • Which cultures do you know something about? Which cultures are interesting to you and which cultures would you like to get to know more?  
    • Where do you find information about different cultures?
    • Do you think that travelling will be the same after Covid –19-pandemic or will it change somehow? How?
  • What skills are needed in today’s global world?
    •  What does it mean to be a global citizen? (For instance the ability to work together, tolerance etc.)
  • Which aspects are you afraid of/worried about in the future? Which aspects create hope and positiveness in your life?��
