Founded in 1997, SweetWater Brewing Co. Has become known for its tasty brews and for being an iconic Atlanta destination. Located in Midtown, the brewery is minutes from the city's top hotels, restaurants, bars, sports arenas, concert venues and attractions. Hosting a special event or meeting at the brewery provides guests with a unique and entertaining experience, plus myriad flexible space options. Choose from a high-end experience in The Woodlands – our barrel and sour beer facility, to an upscale event or meeting in The Reel Room – overlooking the bottling line, to a casual The Taproom and Patio party. Whatever you can imagine, SweetWater can help you brew it up!

*Event clients with over 300 guests:� In order to accommodate all guests, the outdoor patio must remain in use regardless of weather conditions on the day of event. Clients must prepare in advance to provide �an outdoor tent, heaters, etc. to prepare for weather conditions� when applicable.

EVENT RENTAL DETAILS
Room Rental Pricing Includes:
• (2) hours of set up time prior to guests' arrival, (3) hours of event rental, (1) hour for event cleanup/breakdown.�
• SweetWater beer for each guest-featuring the SweetWater year-round selections and seasonal styles depending on availability.�
• SweetWater souvenir tasting pint glass for all guests.�
• SweetWater brewery tours �(depending on event size, up to 3 tours available during your event).�
• Complimentary parking for guests after 5:00pm Monday through Friday; after 8:00am Saturday and Sunday.
Age Restrictions:
• SweetWater Brewery is a 21+ venue. Under certain circumstances solely within SweetWater’s discretion, SweetWater may be able to accommodate persons under 21 years old for a private function.
Please discuss in advance any underage guests who you wish to have in attendance at your event for approval from your SweetWater Rep. If approved, underage guests will be subject to an ID check, and all underage guests will be identified during the event.
Any client/guests caught serving/passing alcohol to any underage attendees will be immediately removed from the event, along with the underage guest.�
DEPOSIT, GUARANTEE, PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY:
• A 50% deposit (based on room rental) is due within (5) business days of receipt of contract. The deposit and signed contract will officially hold the event space for client/group.
• Remaining event balance is due ten (10) days prior to the event date and will be automatically charged to the client’s credit card on file. Client will be contacted by SweetWater accounting prior to processing �final charges.
• Cancellation notice must be received in writing by the SweetWater representative within (45) days of event for deposit to be refunded. If cancelation is received (45) days or more prior to the event, the 50% deposit will be refundable. Client will incur 100% of event charges if event cancelation is within (10) business days of event date.

Additional Fees
(we want you to be aware of everything):
• 20% facility labor charge (based off room rental) will be added to all final invoices to cover SweetWater staffing.
• An additional (1) hour of room rental can be added for an additional 20% of your base room rental charge.
• An additional (1) hour of room rental can be added for �an additional 25% of your base room rental fee for day �of extensions.
• 3% processing fee will be added to deposits and final payments for clients using credit/debit.
• Events over 150 guests will require security services – �a $200 fee.
• An additional 30% will be added to the room rental for events falling on a major holiday.
• We have in-house catering!

PRIVATE GROUP TOUR
PRIVATE TOUR INCLUDES:
• Exclusive 1.5 hour experience for groups between 20-75 guests.
• Brewery Tour — Exclusive look at the behind-the-scenes areas of SweetWater brewery. Your �knowledgeable SweetWater guide will take you through the history of SweetWater, our brews, the brewing and bottling process, and distribution of our product.
• Beer Tastings — your SweetWater tour/bar staff will provide your guests with (6) 6 oz tastings of �our products on tap throughout your 1.5 hour tour experience. Additional beer available for purchase in the Tap Room.
• SweetWater Souvenir Glass — guests will receive their glass from the bar upon arrival.
PRIVATE TOUR PRICING & GENERAL DETAILS
• $25 per guest. (20) guest minimum/($500) minimum charge
Group sizes less than 20 can participate; however, must pay for minimum guest count of 20.
• $250 deposit required to reserve your Group Tour. Final payment & guest count due

• VIP Server/Staff — (1) staff member will be assigned to �your group to help with beer service and provide general information about SweetWater Brewery, our brand, brews and mission.
• Souvenir Pint Glass — guests will receive their glass from their VIP Server at the end of the event, and can take it home with them as a souvenir of the visit

CUSTOM GLASSWARE
Using our basic SweetWater pint glasses, clients can add one-color logos to one side of the glassware to personalize their experience and to be used as a keepsake for years to come.
All art must be supplied in vector formats: PDF, AI, EPS
If vector is not available, a 300 dpi image that is at least
the size of the imprint area: TIF, JPEG, BMP
