Objective:

• Determine MOST effective mutant enzyme

Result of analysis:

• F253I had kinetic activity that was similar to the wild-type

​

Recommendation:

• N160S had highest catalytic efficiency in this experiment (Mutant 39).
• Need to analyze protein purity by SDS-PAGE.
