  • AKA Baking Soda
  • it's simply called baking soda and makes dough rise, soda fizzy and beans easier to digest.
  • Medically this reduces stomach acid and is taken after meals to reduce heartburn and indigestion.

  • Sodium diacetate is a free flowing, acidic sodium salt widely used as food flavoring, preservative, and pH buffer
  • This is often used for vinegar flavor in snacks, bread, and soups.
