DEFINITION
The Collins English Dictionary defines the term’ Soft Skills’ as “Desirable qualities for certain of employment that do not depend on acquired knowledge: they include common sense, the ability to deal with people, positive flexible attitude.

Perception is a process of seeing, receiving, selecting, organizing and giving meaning to the environment. We see people, things, places and events and understand the meaning of each. This is perception.
DEFINITION�
Perception is a process by which people regard, analyze, retrieve and read to any kind of information from the environment. For example some people feel happy about earning money while others feel happy about spending money.
VALUES DEFFINITION�
Values are general beliefs about what is right and what is wrong.
Values refer to a specific mode of conduct preferable to another mode
FORMATION OF VALUES�
Generally, individuals are guided by a moral system comprising codes, practices, beliefs, principles and ethics. These aspects help them decide what do and what not do in their day to day life. Morals further give a sense of right and wrong, good and bad, acceptable and unacceptable. This ethics concept is otherwise known as values, Individually as well as organizationally, values offered a framework for a particular course of action.
IMPORTANCE OF VALUES�
Values shape an individual’s behavior and character. Self- respect, ambition to achieve the goal, co-operation with others – all these are the result of values.
If all individual workers have good values, the organization will grow and society will prosper.
Values refer to moral principles. if people respect personal and social values, society will earn a good name.
