Wikipedia has a systemic bias created by the shared social and cultural characteristics of most editors, and it results in an imbalanced coverage of subjects and perspectives on the encyclopedia.

Verifiability

• All material must be attributable to reliable, published sources.
• Quotations and any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be supported by inline citations.

• Wikipedia does not publish original thought.
• All material in Wikipedia must be attributable to a reliable, published source.
• Use secondary sources.

Neutral Point of View

• Articles should represent all of the significant views that have been published by reliable sources on a topic fairly, proportionately, and, as far as possible, without editorial bias.
• Objective, encyclopedic tone

Conflict of Interest

• Don’t write about yourself, your family, or anything you have a financial connection to.

Notability

• Notability is demonstrated by significant coverage in multiple reliable sources that are independent of the subject.
