2. Tuition Payment

♪ According to MCU regulations, students who fail to pay tuition fees and miscellaneous fees before the deadline may not add or drop courses.

♪ Students who fail to pay fees will be considered to have not completed the registration for that semester and will be forced to withdraw from the university.

4. Campus Safety

  • Students are prohibited to smoke or to drink alcohol on campus.
  • Any violators will be punished in accordance with the institutional regulations.

5. Dormitory Policies

  • Curfew: 11:00 pm-6:00 am.

Every night at 11pm, there will be an attendance check.

  • Foreign students have priority for continuing residency in university student housing, on condition of completing at least 16 hours of housing volunteer service every semester.

- Continuing residency must be approved by the university.

- Dorm tendency is limited to 2 years.
