Creative Jugos is proud to introduce our firm and services through this media kit. We are an MWBE-certified agency specializing in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and culturally responsive advertising for government agencies and mission-driven organizations.

We began with the 2020 NYC Census, producing over 20 multilingual campaigns in just eight months during the height of the pandemic. Our efforts contributed to NYC achieving a historic 61.9% self-response rate, exceeding pre-COVID expectations.

Since then, Creative Jugos has become a trusted partner for agencies including NYC Public Engagement Unit, the NYC Civic Engagement Commission, NYC Service, Racial Justice Commission, DemocracyNYC, NYID, and NYC Speaks. Our recent work on the CEC Sunnies Documentary earned an Anthem Award, recognizing our impact in the Human & Civil Rights – Local Awareness category.

Olivia Rios — Principal

Founder/Creative Director

Olivia Rios is a creative force who has consistently pushed the boundaries of traditional advertising throughout her career. She has launched major brands within their categories, garnered numerous accolades for her work — including recognition for two Super Bowl commercials — and led award-winning campaigns for clients such as Ritz, Heineken, Popeyes, Comcast, and Amex.

Her pivot into the public sector began with a pivotal role as a creative consultant for NYC Census 2020, where she led over 20 multilingual campaigns in just eight months — all amid the unprecedented challenges of a global pandemic.

Building on this momentum, Olivia founded her own consulting firm, Creative Jugos, a mission-driven agency that blends cultural insight with bold creativity. Since launching, Creative Jugos has worked with a wide range of city agencies and initiatives, including the NYC Civic Engagement Commission, Public Engagement Unit, NYC Service, Racial Justice Commission, DemocracyNYC, NYC Census 2020, NYID, and NYC Speaks.

Jorge Simon, originally from Peru, has over 17 years of experience in design and pre-press, working with a range of printing companies. His career evolved from hands-on roles in the production side of pharmaceutical printing to honing his craft as a designer. As Creative Jugos’ Head Designer, Jorge has been by Olivia’s side from the very beginning, playing a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s creative vision and bringing projects to life with his expertise in design and animation.

Johnny is a videographer, producer, and editor based in NYC. He has over 5 years of experience in video production and filmmaking, including documentaries, commercials, and events. He works as a solo camera operator, or as lead videographer with a production crew. While based in New York, he often travels for work around the US and abroad.
