Original research studies submitted within the program are assessed by experts and editors of the GISAP project. Reports positively assessed by experts are published in the British collections of scientific papers issued by the IASHE. The best reports are also published in the field-specific scientific journals of the IASHE.

All research studies published in the project are registered internationally and pass the anti-plagiarism check.
The editions are sent to the leading libraries of the United Kingdom, as well as the authoritative scientific libraries of West European states and North America. Editions are also distributed through the international book-selling networks (Amazon, Blackwell, Ingram etc.).

The scale of scientometric indexing of the IASHE editions is being constantly expanded. Currently we are working on the complex qualification program of registration and indexing the editions in the Scopus and the Web of Science databases.

A championship in scientific analytics – is a recurrent and lasting scientific event. During this event the authors submit (present) original scientific field-specific papers for qualitative comparison and assessment performed by authoritative experts. This way the authors of the best reports are determined.
Success in championships: is significantly predetermined by the novelty (innovative character) of main points of author’s works.
Levels of championships: national, continental, world (global).
Types (nominations) of championships: alpha-championship (within the specific section of a relevant branch of science), absolute championship (within the scientific branch), mega-championship (interdisciplinary championship).

Expert assessment : individual and team-based participation (national club championships in scientific analytics). Another option is the championship in scientific analytics on the level of National teams of various countries.
Expert assessment: includes two stages of scientific and analytical expertise: professional expert assessment performed by authoritative scholars – international experts of the IASHE; assessment performed by the open international expert community (peer-review - original papers are mutually assessed by participants of sectoral championships in scientific analytics).
Credits, accumulated by winners of championships in scientific analytics can be exchanged in the course of the
educational qualification
improvement programs.

FEDERATIONS OF SCIENTIFIC ANALYTICS

The system of Federations of scientific analytics, developed simultaneously with arrangement of championships in scientific analytics, assumes the development of national, continental and the world federations.
National federations of scientific analytics are formal public associations (communities) of scientists-analysts from the certain countries created under the IASHE by free inclusion of persons wishing to participate in scientific-analytical championships, as well as others engaged in scientific creativity, into the list of federation members.
National scientific analytics teams are created under the functioning National federations of scientific analytics. A member of the country’s National team in a corresponding calendar year is any person possessing a diploma of the championship in scientific analytics of any level earned during this relevant year.
Doctoral programs of the IASHE are not the direct analogue of the academic doctoral programs of the universities. They are not meant to substitute or copy them in any way.
Types of doctoral programs:
1. Doctoral dynamic scientific and analytical programs;
2. Doctoral thesis-based scientific and analytical programs;
3. Doctoral bibliographic scientific and analytical programs.

Algorithm of implementation of the basic doctoral program - Doctoral dynamic scientific and analytical program:
1. Active participation in scientific and analytical championships of the GISAP project in the corresponding branch during a calendar year;
2. Earning a number of credits required for the doctor’s certification during the relevant year;
3. In conditions of insufficiency of credits, one of the preferential mechanisms set for the program can be used;
4. Publication of reports in collections of scientific works or the field-specific journals of the IASHE issued under the British jurisdiction;
5. Acquisition of a scientific and analytical doctoral qualification (in the relevant field) corresponding to the number of credits earned;
6. Issuance of the Doctor’s diplomas and special marks of distinction
7. Issuance of the Europass Diploma Supplement;
8. Issuance of the Europass Mobility.
SCIENTIFIC AND ANALYTICAL (RESEARCH) DOCTORAL PROGRAMS OF THE IASHE
Scientific and analytical academic programs are realized through the GISAP project. They are focused on education and certification of the knowledge level and the scientific qualification of persons concerned for compliance with the IASHE status titles.
Types of academic programs:
1. Scientific and analytical academic programs;
2. Bibliographic scientific and analytical academic programs;
3. Academic authority programs;
4. Humanitarian authority programs.
Scientific and analytical is implemented when executing the IASHE academic programs through conversion of credits earned by participants of championships in scientific analytics (GISAP project) into the scientific and analytical academic qualifications.

Status-titles (academic ranks) of the IASHE (in ascending order of the qualification level):
1. «Corresponding member of the IASHE»;
2. «The IASHE Academician of the 3 title category «Tropos-Academician»;
3. «The IASHE Academician of the 2 title category «Stratum-Academician»;
4. «The IASHE Academician of the 1 title category Mesos-Academician»
5. «The IASHE Academician of the highest title category Therme- Academician»;

Status-titles must be annually verified or qualitatively improved within the framework of the specified system of the IASHE academic title categories.
Algorithm of implementation of academic programs is basically similar to that of the IASHE doctoral programs.

WORK PLACEMENT (TRAINEESHIP) FOR SCHOLARS AND EDUCATORS

Work placement (scientific traineeship) has educational character. It assumes that the trainee submits three original interconnected scientific papers in English to one of the field-specific scientific and analytical events of the IASHE. In case if the average expert assessment mark of such papers within one field-specific scientific and analytical event is over 7.0/10.0, the work placement will be considered as successfully completed. If this mark is over 8.0/10.0, the trainee will be granted a qualification of an “International expert-adviser” in the relevant field (related to the issue disclosed in the submitted papers), formalized by the IASHE diploma.
Results of the scientific traineeship are summed according to the ECTS parameters. They are formalized by the IASHE Certificate and Diploma, Europass Diploma Supplement and the Europass Mobility. They are also additionally verified through the publication of original papers written by the trainee in the British scientific editions of the IASHE.
Teaching traineeship assumes that the trainee offers an original author’s course of video lectures (in the required format and having the required contents). Such course will be presented and used in the framework of the educational project uHive launched by the IASHE.
If the course of lectures is positively assessed by experts and popular among the students (uHive project participants), such a course can be included into the training program of the International Analytical University of Extensive Knowledge. In this case the educator will be offered to sign a relevant contract.
Completion of a teaching traineeship is formalized by the IASHE Certificate and the Europass Mobility.
APPROBATION OF ORIGINAL STUDIES (INNOVATIONS)

International expert approbation of original innovations in the IASHE is executed upon the initiative (based on the request) of the corresponding author of a scientific paper presented on a championship in scientific analytics of the GISAP project. According to the rules, the author writes an extended innovative abstract of own research study (object of approbation) in English and any other language of international communication.
The online version of the publication contains the icon "requesting the international approbation" and the innovative abstract of a report in two languages chosen by the author.
The corresponding original paper is considered
to have completed the international expert
approbation when its average expert assessment
mark, received during the championship in scientific
analytics, is over 7.0/10.0, and the icon "requesting
the international approbation" is activated at least
by three scientists (experts or a championship
participants) not connected with the author of
the research through the common place of work
or study.
In case if "requesting the international approbation"
icon is activated by more than three scientists,
the corresponding research is additionally
considered to have passed the approbation in the
IASHE and the International Union of Commerce and
Industry (London, United Kingdom).
If the approbation was not voluntarily launched by participants of the GISAP project, then this procedure will be initiated and implemented by the IASHE involving partner organizations.
If the research successfully passes the international expert approbation, this achievement is formalized by the IASHE International Certification Act (indicating the practical results of approbation and their scientific assessment). "International Expert Approbation" icon will also be added into the printed publication of the report.

The procedure of implementation of original innovations is carried out by the IASHE through the GISAP project in accordance with the following algorithm:
1. «Requesting the international implementation» icon is added to the online version of the publication.
2. The corresponding original work is considered to have passed the international implementation when its average expert assessment mark during the scientific and analytical championship is over 7.5/10.0 points, and the icon «requesting the international implementation» is activated by not less than three scientists (experts or participants of the championship) not connected with the author of the research through the common place of work or study.
3. Activation of the «requesting the international implementation» icon shows that its initiator has successfully implemented the original innovations presented in the research or has launched such implementation (in terms of presumption of its success) in own scientific and practical activities carried out at the location of implementation.

4. In case if the "requesting the international implementation" icon is activated by more than three scientists, the corresponding research will be additionally nominated for practical implementation in the scientific and industrial company GISAP (Douglas, Scotland, South Lanarkshire, United Kingdom).
5. If the research successfully passes the international implementation procedure, this achievement will be formalized by the International Certification Act (as soon as such report is accepted for implementation). During the next calendar month the GISAP company additionally prepares the Research Implementation Efficiency Act (indicating the practical results of implementation and their scientific assessment).
6. «International Implementation» icon will also be added into the printed publication of the corresponding report.
7. If the implementation was not voluntarily launched by participants of the GISAP project, then this procedure will be initiated and implemented by the IASHE involving partner organizations.
IMPLEMENTATION OF ORIGINAL INNOVATIONS
The IASHE has initiated the establishment of the Socrates-Impulse database.
Indexed objects: periodicals, authors’ scientific monographs, papers published in collections of scientific reports.

International scientific register Socrates-Notion is a specialized systematized register of authors of scientific papers (scholars) and their publications. It is an open database including personal and creative scientific information.
The register is meant to accumulate or sort data using the set criteria. It provides persons concerned with access to information, identifies persons presented in the register and ensures conditions for the development of international scientific communications.
The special function of a register is informational individualization and status emphasising of every scholar and his/her creativity aimed at presentation of their qualification and personal contribution into the development of science, copyright protection and facilitation of access to the relevant data for the persons concerned.

Preparation of original video lectures in basic and optional disciplines. Presentation of original lectures through the further education project uHive. The best lectures popular among students of the uHive project, will be transferred into the educational program of the University.
Depending on the lecturer’s status in the academic environment, as well as the quality and quantity of his/her original publications and lectures, one of the following pedagogical ranks may be granted within the framework of the University activity:
Teaching activity in the IASHE projects assumes payment. Pedagogical ranks are formalized by certificates and diplomas. Teacher's work in the University assumes conclusion of a contract.
