Choose a book, read for at least 20 minutes and answer the following questions:

Find a recipe for your favourite meal. Using the sheet on page 7, list the ingredients and search for the prices online.

It’s time to exercise! Do the following exercise routine 2 times in a day:

Do a random act of kindness for someone in your house (write a nice note, take out the rubbish without being asked, make a card etc.) Answer the following questions:

  1. What was your random act of kindness?

  • Why did you decide to choose this person?

  • Explain why it is so important to be kind to each other
