Chapter 2: A Transformational Coach’s Ways of Being
Santha
“When we coach only behaviors, we see limited change.
When we coach beliefs, there is a greater likelihood that we’ll see transformational, sustained change in behaviors.
And when we coach behaviors, beliefs, and ways of being, there is a far greater likelihood that we’ll see individual transformation, as well as an increase in individual and collective resilience.”
