  • Daycare: Monday daycare is available; first come first serve/limited spots.
  • Please schedule all appointments on Mondays.
  • Every Tuesday-Friday, except scheduled breaks (ex: Winter break, Spring break, assessment days)

Drop Off/Pick Up

​

  • Drop off lane (AM ONLY)
  • Parking in the neighborhood only
  • Kindergarten students picked up 1st, then older siblings
  • Yeti Care/bus riders accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Doors close @ 7:45 am
  • Pick-up @ 3:20 pm

How can I prepare my child for Kindergarten?

Academic:

  • practice correctly holding a pencil
  • practice using markers and glue sticks correctly
  • practice using scissors correctly
  • begin teaching the names of the letters
  • practice writing their name with only a capital in the beginning
  • practice recognizing their name
  • practice counting to 10

How can I prepare my child for Kindergarten?

​

Social/emotional/life skills:

  • practice taking turns
  • practice siting and listening for more than 5 minutes
  • have them work independently on tasks
  • learn to tie their shoes if wearing shoes with laces that tie
  • practice putting on, taking off, zipping and unzipping their jackets independently
  • practice independently using the public bathroom
  • practice asking for help
