  2. To identify the crucial roles of effective inventory management and Sales and Operations Planning, and Forecasting
  3. To recognize operational capacity determinants based on human resource and process factors.
  4. To forecast human resource needs based on the calculation of the company task time.

CASE BACKGROUND

El Hajj was the world's first company to produce Halal-certified skincare for Hajj and Umrah. El Hajj Sdn Bhd needs to streamline its operations in anticipation of business growth.

PROBLEMS

  • After several years in the industry, El Hajj was committed to increasing its product lines, strengthening its marketing effort, and expanding its market size.
  • Business expansion bring a variety of new issues to the table. El Hajj acknowledged the need to increase the number of staff and to streamline their operations in terms of the customer order fulfilment process and supporting activities. Process Improvement need to be done
