وكل شياطينك الرديئة .. وكل قوتك .. وكل عبادتك المرذولة

And all your evil demons .. And all your power .. And all your abominable service

وكل حيلك الرديئة والمُضلة .. وكل بقية نفاقك

And all your evil cunning and error ..

And all the rest of your impieties

قد خلعتم العتيق

You Have Put Off the Old

و لبستم الجديد الذي يتجدد للمعرفة حسب صورة خالقه، حيث ليس يوناني ويهودي ، ختان وغرلة، بربري سكيثي، عبد حر، بل المسيح الكل و في الكل. فالبسوا كمختاري الله القديسين المحبوبين أحشاء رأفات، ولطفا، وتواضعا، ووداعة وطول أناة.

(كو 3 : 10 – 12)

And have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all. Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; (Col 3 : 10 – 12)

فأميتوا أعضاءكم التي على الأرض: الزنى، النجاسة، الهوى، الشهوة الردية، الطمع الذي هو عبادة الأوثان. الأمور التي من أجلها يأتي غضب الله على أبناء المعصية.

(كو 3 : 5 – 6)

Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, (Col 3 : 5 – 6)

You Have Put Off the Old

وأما الآن فاطرحوا عنكم انتم أيضا الكل: الغضب، السخط، الخبث، التجديف، الكلام القبيح من أفواهكم. لا تكذبوا بعضكم على بعض، إذ خلعتم الإنسان العتيق مع أعماله (كو 3 : 8 – 9)

But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, (Col 3 : 8 – 9)

لأنكم قد متم

For You Died

لأنكم قد متم و حياتكم مستترة مع المسيح في الله. (كو 3 : 3)

For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. (Col 3 : 3)

جهاد الفكر والفعل والحواس

The spiritual striving of the mind, the actions and the senses

الثبات في الحياة الجديدة

Established in the New Life

ولكن الذي يثبتنا معكم في المسيح، وقد مسحنا هو الله. الذي ختمنا أيضا وأعطى عربون الروح في قلوبنا. ولكني أستشهد الله على نفسي أني إشفاقا عليكم لم آت الى كورنثوس. (2كو 1 : 21 - 23)

Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee. Moreover I call God as witness against my soul, that to spare you I came no more to Corinth. (2Co 1 : 21 - 23)

كما أحبني الآب كذلك أحببتكم أنا. اثبتوا في محبتي.

(يو 15 : 9)

As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love (Joh 15 : 9)

من يأكل جسدي و يشرب دمي يثبت في وأنا فيه (يو 6 : 56)

He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him (Joh 6 : 56)

الثبات في الحياة الجديدة

Established in the New Life

من قال: "إنه ثابت فيه ينبغي انه كما سلك ذاك هكذا يسلك هو أيضا" (1يو 2 : 6)

He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked (1Jo 2 : 6)

الثبات في الحياة الجديدة

Established in the New Life

لأن لي الحياة هي المسيح و الموت هو ربح. و لكن ان كانت الحياة في الجسد هي لي ثمر عملي فماذا أختار؟ لست أدري. فإني محصور من الاثنين: لي اشتهاء أن أنطلق وأكون مع المسيح ذاك أفضل جدا. (في 1 : 21 – 23)

For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell. For I am hard pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. (Php 1 : 21 – 23)

الحياة الجديدة والأهداف الواضحة

The New Life and Clear Goals

صرت للضعفاء كضعيف لأربح الضعفاء. صرت للكل كل شيء، لأخلص على كل حال قوما. (1كو 9 : 22)

To the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. (1Co 9 : 22)

الحياة الجديدة والأهداف الواضحة

The New Life and Clear Goals

و الفاهمون يضيئون كضياء الجلد و الذين ردوا كثيرين الى البر كالكواكب الى أبد الدهور. (دا 12 : 3)

Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever. (Dan 12 : 3)

امسك بالحياة الأبدية

Lay Hold on Eternal Life

جاهد جهاد الإيمان الحسن وامسك بالحياة الأبدية التي إليها دعيت أيضا واعترفت الاعتراف الحسن أمام شهود كثيرين. (1تي 6 : 12)

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. (1Ti 6 : 12)

فاثبتوا ممنطقين أحقاءكم بالحق، ولابسين درع البر، وحاذين أرجلكم باستعداد إنجيل السلام.

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

حاملين فوق الكل ترس الإيمان الذي به تقدرون ان تطفئوا جميع سهام الشرير الملتهبة. و خذوا خوذة الخلاص و سيف الروح الذي هو كلمة الله. (في 6 : 14 – 17)

above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; (Eph 6 : 14 – 17)
