Has anyone went over your benefits recently? Are you aware of all the things you may qualify for?

I don’t want wellcare, I get no help. Customer Service is a pain.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Can you tell me if you had a local agent or did you enroll over the phone or internet? If so, then that may have been your problem. Having an agent to call and guide you through this process will make it easy to use and navigate when necessary.

​

I want the card with the most money.

I totally understand that, but what other services do you need? Sometimes a card with $5 less is worth more with the other benefits and services it provides. (refer to wellcare wins slide) If you only need food, do you have a local food pantry that you can go to? Are you aware of other state funded programs that give assistance for food, transportation, etc.
