A second chance

Many teach that there will be an opportunity to repent during the 1000 years. Some call it a second chance. Others claim that there will be a first chance or opportunity given to those who had never heard the plan of salvation. But this is impossible.

80 of 100

A second chance

During the 1000 years the righteous will be safe in heaven and the wicked will all be dead. An unsaved person can no more repent during the 1000 years than a corpse could suddenly sit up in his casket and repent at his funeral, and for the same reason: they are both dead.

81 of 100

A second chance

This second chance teaching delights Satan who hopes people will put off deciding today, believing they will have another opportunity during the 1000 years.

82 of 100

A second chance
