Aeries Parent Portal: How to Complete the Data Confirmation Process

Step 1 - Login To Aeries Parent Portal

  1. Go to https://campbelluhsd.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx

  • Log in using the email provided on the District Welcome Letter sent home.

  • Need a different language? Click on “English” for a menu of options

Step 2 - Data Confirmation

There are 8 sections to update and confirm. Follow the directions on each screen to complete the section. For more details, click on the section below.

Once complete with the section, click “Confirm and Continue”. A checkmark will appear if completed correctly.

Step 3 - Final Data Confirmation

Data Confirmation complete! Now what?

  1. If each section has a check mark, click “Finish And Submit” to complete the online registration process

  • Once submitted, be on the lookout for an email from Informed K-12 to electronically sign

Step 4 - Next Steps

  • You do NOT need to bring a signed copy of your emergency card to school.
    • You will sign electronically through an online system called “Informed K-12”. Please make sure to check your email regularly for an email from Informed K-12.

  • Class schedules will be visible on August 6th. Please contact your counselor ONLY IF one of the follow corrections need to be made:
    • Are missing a course
    • Have double periods/gap in your schedule
    • Need a change in placement level
    • Have less than 5 classes

  1. Select the correct US Armed Forces status

  • Select the applicable nighttime residence status. �

  • Complete the family income survey (optional, but we encourage you to complete as this may help Leigh receive additional funding).�

To change/edit a contact, click on the pencil next to the contact you wish to change. To Add a contact, click “+Add

All sections highlighted in blue are required

To complete this section, click on each document to open.

  • Documents will open in a new tab for you to review, save, and/or print
  • Green indicates that the document has been opened and reviewed

  1. Choose Yes or No to each description, as appropriate�
  2. Once completed, click “Confirm & Continue”�
  3. If you cannot continue, scroll down to ensure you have answered all questions

If you do not have a printer or scanner, please attend one of our on-campus support sessions and a staff member can help you scan any needed documents.

Forgot Your Password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the Aeries Login screen and follow the steps

Enter the email address listed on the District Welcome Letter and then press “Next”

Check your email and copy the temporary “Email Code

Re-type email address and paste “Email Code” in the appropriate section.
