�IEA DUES RESTRUCTURE

At the 2022 IEA RA, a majority of members voted to adopt a dues restructure intended to make dues more equitable for all IEA members. The dues restructure is being implemented this academic year.
The funds that CODAA collects from its members support four purposes: local CODAA dues ($48), NEA dues ($69.50), IEA dues (sliding scale based on previous year’s income), and IPACE contribution ($30).

Do not send the form via docusign. The functionality does not allow the College to input the needed information on the form.
The College starts by reporting the current semester if the adjunct has maximum average hours in that semester. If not, then the College goes back to the last academic year to average hours.
If you believe the College is reporting your hours inaccurately, email HR and copy Cheryl Baunbach-Caplan or current CODAA president on the email.

�CLASS ASSIGNMENT – KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

CODAA Right of Assignment – Must be offered a minimum of 4 or 6 contact hours per semester, based on discipline, prior to assigning non-CODAA
Get to know your Deans, Department Chairs, and Program Coordinators
If you engage in Professional Development or update your credentials, email your Dean and Chair to let them know

Provide as much availability as possible and use the comment section as appropriate.
If you are not assigned the minimum number of hours as required by the contract, email your dean and department chair immediately and copy Cheryl Baunbach-Caplan or current CODAA president on the email.
