Issue 867 - Users are unsure how to input information for projects with multiple addresses.

Clarification:

Confirm with LADOT whether a project can have multiple addresses or not. If the project cannot have multiple addresses then the below doesn't apply.

If the project can have multiple addresses then ask LADOT whether the users need to input multiple addresses or just one address would suffice

Solutions:

If a project can have multiple addresses and the users do not need to enter multiple addresses then we can just add a tick box that the users can check to note that projects have multiple addresses

If a project can have multiple addresses and the users do need to enter multiple addresses then we can we will need to think about how to best address that issue.

Issue 882 - People unclear why Reduced Parking was not determined already or automatic

Solution:

Verify there are no edge cases or applications necessary for the strategy.
Determine if we need to explain this to users or want to automatically check

Solution:

Need to review mindset behind the visual hierarchy on the final summary page
Adjust if this is no longer in line with thinking.

Solution:

Add a "Start Over" button next to "Reset Page". if we do add this button then we will need to add a dialog box that tells users that all the project information will erase all the information that was entered.
