Bryan Dale Ambrose, a 23-year-old white male, was last seen on September 8, 1982, leaving the Rainbow Motel, located on the 3700 block of West Colorado Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado, en route to the Denver Metro area.
On September 9, 1982, Mr. Ambrose's Ford pick-up truck was found in Pueblo, Colorado. Investigators learned Mr. Ambrose may have met up with a Carlos Anthony Torres AKA: "CAT." Torres had a tattoo of a black cat on his left shoulder. Mr. Ambrose has never been located.

He was drinking heavily and may have been using narcotics. Mr. Anaya left in a taxi and the last two persons to see him indicated they helped him on a #3 bus going east on Alameda Avenue.

Linda Jeanette Barker, a 29-year-old female, was last seen leaving her residence, located near the 11300 block of Goodson Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado on April 7, 1982.
She was driving a white and blue Chevrolet blazer, with Colorado plates UA-6471. The vehicle was located a few months after Ms. Barker went missing at the Denver Stapleton International Airport. A search of the flights revealed that Ms. Barker never boarded a flight from Denver. Her family told detectives it was unlike her to be gone without contacting them. Foul play is suspected.

In early 2011, an adoptive brother and two other foster children came forward with information involving Austin having been beaten, denied food several times a week, locked in the garage several times a day, as well as enduring other abusive behaviors at the hands of his foster parents.

Earl “Tex” Clark
September 18, 1995
42-year-old Earl Clark was reported missing by his wife Nancy. He is reported to have been depressed and possibly suicidal, and in possession of a 38 caliber pistol. Nancy has since become uncooperative in the investigation, maintaining that Mr. Clark is still alive and that she has seen him in Denver as recent as August of 2008. She stated that Mr. Clark moved to Australia, but this has been discounted. A silver 1989 Toyota pickup truck owned by Nancy Clark and driven by Mr. Clark was involved in an accident in Globe, Arizona. The driver, Dwayne Arvid Schmidt, a fugitive from South Dakota, was arrested and questioned concerning the whereabouts of Mr. Clark and how he obtained access to the vehicle. Mr. Schmidt invoked his rights and refused to cooperate. Mr. Schmidt has since passed away. Authorities are still working on obtaining reference samples from the family members of Mr. Clark in Nebraska and Minnesota.

The friend said Collins was going to the Grand Canyon and that he dropped him off at a bus station in Colorado.

The victim was located September 8, 2004 by bow hunters in a remote area north of Glenwood Springs. The site is in the drainage of No Name Creek at about 9,700 feet elevation, about 6 miles as the crow flies from Glenwood Springs, but 12 miles by the Transfer Trail out of town. The skeleton revealed no cause of death and the sheriff's office has been assuming it was probably natural. The man was found in a tent at a campsite in a wooded, remote location. His trousers had rotted away, but the date of currency found at his campsite indicates he apparently had been there no longer than five years. The letter leaves open the possibility the man was suicidal, although there is no reason to believe he killed himself. Perhaps he was terminally ill and chose to take his life. The man also could have succumbed to unexpected illness or injury while on an outing in the Flat Tops. Much about the case is conjecture, including a theory that the man entered the Flat Tops Wilderness at a trailhead on the north and hiked four or five days across elevations of 11,000 feet before setting up his tent on a southern drainage at about 9,700 feet. That theory is supported by two moisture-proof National Geographic trail maps of the Flat Tops with a route drawn across them to the area where the remains were discovered. But it is possible the man picked up the maps someone else had marked and left behind.

The victim was apparently living a transient lifestyle. He was found deceased in the boxcar of a train in a railroad yard in north Fort Collins. He had sustained massive blunt trauma injuries to the head, consistent with being caught in the slamming door of the boxcar of an abruptly stopping train. The manner of death appears to be accidental. The train in which he was found arrived in Denver from New Mexico on September 15, 1994 and was forwarded on to Fort Collins at 2:00 a.m., September 16, 1994. Clothing: blue nylon windbreaker with logo ATA Services, Mile High Stadium; a gray/white plaid shirt; a red long-sleeved sweatshirt; khaki trousers and black/white canvas and vinyl athletic shoes. "Chana y Gris" was written in block letters on the thigh of his pants. A religious pamphlet from Jeremiah Baptist Church, Denver was found in a pocket.

The victim was located by hikers lying on a talus pile at the bottom of a rock formation in the Boulder Mountain Parks, southwest of the City of Boulder on October 10, 1993. He was found wearing black sweat shorts (size m), white sweatpants (m 32-34), white long underwear (m), white with blue trim windbreaker (m), sleeveless black sweatshirt (size XL), 1 black sock, "Rocky" hiking boots, and prescription eyeglasses with a red frame. Aside from a few contusions/abrasions on his lower legs, there was no evidence of injury, and toxicology tests proved negative. A gym bag with miscellaneous articles of clothing and personal hygiene items was found nearby. Subject appeared to be transient.

Body was found in the sleeper cab of a deserted semi-trailer truck which had been sitting in an industrial part of north Ft. Collins. Autopsy revealed no evidence of trauma or foul play; the bondage and partial undress of the deceased suggests some sort of sexual game was going on when he expired. It is theorized that death may have been due to a cardiac electromechanical event, perhaps as the result of using some illicit inhalant, such as amyl nitrate. The overall appearance of the deceased suggests he may have been homosexual. The manner of death cannot exclude homicide, natural, or accidental causes. *Height of 5’10” is an estimate.

The victim was located on the prairie about a mile north of the Walking Stick housing development, north of Pueblo. He was possibly mentally ill and was either released or walked away from a mental hospital. A witness told investigators he encountered a man camping on the open range in August 2000. According to the witness, the man said he was from Albuquerque, and was working his way to Denver. The man had dreadlocks in his hair that were about 4 to 6 inches long. The transient was told he could not stay on the land and would have to move. Apparently, the man moved, but only about a half mile. On October 14, 2000, a woman on horseback came across a camp where the skeletal remains of a man were found reclining on a sleeping bag. Also at the camp area was a tent that had not been pitched, a second sleeping bag, several canteens and several changes of clothing. The decedent did not have identification on him. A few pieces of paper were with the decedent, one contained typed telephone numbers for Spanish Peaks Mental Health Centers and another had addresses of homeless shelters in the Denver area. The clothing and remains were studied carefully for any signs of foul play - knife or bullet holes in the clothing, broken bones, skull fractures. None were found.

On December 7, 2018, human remains with possessions were found by surveyors in a rural area near Fort Lupton, Colorado. There were multiple items found in association with the decedent: "Colorado Division of Water Resources" hat, Keen hiking boots, navy nylon jacket, navy nylon pants, Hanes boxer briefs, Kirkland brand denim jeans, leather type belt, gray socks, and a wallet. In the small pocket of the pants was a heart-shaped rock. Inside the wallet was a small yellow rubber chicken and $33.00 in cash. An orange and gray backpack recovered from the scene contained a pocket knife, mini flashlight (Patent #8,628,210 issued in 2013), and a key to a Toyota vehicle. There was a pair of sunglasses on the backpack.

The skeletonized remains of this male homicide victim were discovered in a deep clandestine grave on August 12, 1995, in south central Weld County, Colorado. The body was buried in rock-hard ground which led investigators to believe more than one person was involved in the burial. Pieces of cigarette found in the grave indicate one of the gravediggers smoked. Decedent was found by an oilfield worker, who kicked up one of his shoes that was protruding from the ground. 33-year-old Nonnie Dotson was last seen by family members the afternoon of November 19, 2006, when she left her brother’s residence in Littleton, Colorado, where she had been visiting. Dotson had no vehicle with her so she either left the residence on foot or was given a ride. She was last seen wearing black pants, a white t-shirt, a gray hooded jacket, and a black purse. Dotson had flown into Colorado by commercial airline on November 16, 2006, from San Antonio, Texas where she was on active duty serving as a nurse with the United States Air Force. She failed to return to active duty as scheduled and the return flight portion of her ticket was never used. She left behind a 16-month-old daughter whom she was raising as a single parent. She was scheduled to discharge from the Air Force in March 2007. She was not known to use drugs and only alcohol socially.

His vehicle was found at the Luke Road homesite with no physical trace of Mr. Gordon. He has not been seen since. Mr. Gordon is known to have severe vertigo, which causes his body to lock up and become immobile. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, faded blue jeans, light-colored moccasin-style loafers, and glasses.

Mr. Gray's friend claims he took Ben Gray back to the Chipeta Bar during the early morning hours on May 31 and saw him go inside; but he never arrived in his room and has never been heard from again. He was last seen wearing a green and white plaid cowboy shirt, blue jeans, cowboy boots, a leather belt, and a heavy gold mens ring with a diamond.

In December 1982 Mitch came home to Colorado for a visit and abruptly left in January or February 1983 without saying goodbye to anyone. According to a friend, Mitch showed up in Clinton Oklahoma and then in early March 1983 he hitched a ride with the friend's father to California. When they stopped for the night in Indio California Mitch left the hotel room and has not been seen or heard from since. �

On March 31, 2011, 52-year-old Deborah Heriford was last seen walking her dog, a Westie Terrier near Academy Boulevard and Vickers Drive. She was reported missing on April 3, 2011 by her husband after she did not show up for her job as a crossing guard at Discovery Canyon Elementary School. Deborah left behind her car and other belongings at her home in the 2700 block of Maroon Bells Avenue; she took only her cellular phone and keys. Her dog was found tied to a post behind a business a quarter of a mile from her home. There were no indications of forced entry or foul play at her house but Deborah's car was found parked on the street after her disappearance and she always parked it in the garage. Deborah was in the process of divorcing her husband. Foul play is suspected.

He was last seen under a gas station canopy near the gas pumps at 6:45 AM. Shortly thereafter, customers wanting to buy gas discovered that the station was unattended. Mr. Lepley's manager and the police found Mr. Lepley's 1967 pickup truck in the station parking lot with the keys in it. Mr. Lepley has never been heard from again. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green Texaco t-shirt, a coat with the name "Joe" on it, and hiking boots. Foul play is suspected.

Pamela Lynne Neal was last seen on March 31, 1983 at her place of work, Key Savings and Loan in Englewood, Colorado. She was employed as a bank teller at the time of her disappearance. She was last seen leaving work to go on her lunch break at 2:00 p.m. She walked two blocks to another bank and cashed a check, stopped at a grocery store to buy a lottery ticket and some take-out food, and apparently walked to her apartment afterwards. Neal did not return to work from her lunch break, and has never been seen again. After her disappearance, her roommate found Neal's lunch bag on the table in their apartment. Her shoes were under the coffee table and her purse was nearby, with her wallet and unscratched lottery ticket inside. The apartment door was slightly ajar.

The Colorado State Patrol investigated the accident and found nothing to indicate Paddock-Weeks had been injured in the accident. Paddock-Weeks has not been seen or heard from since this accident.

She may have been suffering from mental health issues. Ms. Remmel may have been in the area of Niwot, Colorado, possibly for animal rights activism or to see an ex-boyfriend.

21-year-old Mario Fernando Sanchez was reported missing by his parents. He had a fascination with the American Indian culture and the Bible, which led him to travel to Arizona and New Mexico to investigate the Hopi Indian culture. Mr. Sanchez had issues with narcotics as well as a deteriorating mental condition. Mr. Sanchez may have been suicidal. The last contact with authorities was when Mr. Sanchez was arrested by the New Mexico State Police in Albuquerque on June 7, 1995. The last person to see Mr. Sanchez was a family friend in New Mexico, Brandon Felix. A vehicle rented by Mr. Sanchez was found in Gallup, New Mexico. The doors were locked and the vehicle was out of gas.

On February 4, 2013, Kelsie Jean Schelling came to Pueblo, Colorado to meet with her boyfriend, Donthe Lucas. Ms. Schelling was pregnant with Lucas' child. After meeting with him, she disappeared and has not been seen since. Ms. Schelling's vehicle was parked and left by Lucas at the Walmart on Northern Avenue. An unknown male came back and picked up the vehicle, a black 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ. The vehicle was found at 1008 Minnequa Avenue, St. Mary Corwin Hospital on February 7, 2013. A surveillance video showed the vehicle arriving in the parking lot on February 7, 2013, and an unknown person walking away. Ms. Schelling was last seen wearing a light gray jacket, a black coat with fur on the hood, black Victoria's Secret workout pants, tan UGG boots, and stud earrings. She was carrying a black and pink Victoria's Secret bag.

See you after.” A search including use of a K-9 with Rescue found nothing.

Shane Kelly Turner was last seen leaving his residence on May 21, 1997, with another male. Mr. Turner had reportedly received a phone call in which a male advised him to meet him outside Mr. Turner's residence in a few minutes. The caller said that he was from Parks and that there had been a complaint filed against Mr. Turner, so he needed to go with him while blindfolded. Mr. Turner went inside his house, got a flannel shirt, and left in a white truck, possibly a Ford. Mr. Turner has not been seen since and may have been abducted.
