Can I improve my CV Endurance?

The answer is YES! It is very easy to improve CV endurance, as your body is great at adapting and getting stronger from training and exercise.

BUT! It also adapts quickly when you stop training, so regular exercise is important! If you stop training or exercising for a long time, then your body will lose its CV endurance.

This is the same fitness sheet from last week, so please remember to find the “Agility” tab at the bottom!
