Can I improve my CV Endurance?
The answer is YES! It is very easy to improve CV endurance, as your body is great at adapting and getting stronger from training and exercise.
BUT! It also adapts quickly when you stop training, so regular exercise is important! If you stop training or exercising for a long time, then your body will lose its CV endurance.

Some of the fittest athletes in the world use skipping (or “jump rope”) in their training. It’s one of the best ways to improve your CV Endurance! Take a look at the video below to see all the benefits of skipping:
