Overview of the Class
In Life Science we will be covering:Characteristics of Living Things, Cells & Cell Theory, Genetics, Evolution, Plant & Animal Classification, and Ecology.
We will do lab experiments to explore different concepts, including Earthworm & Frog dissection in the Spring

Expectation of Excellence
Students should bring their chromebook, a pencil, and their A/B day binder to class each day.
Homework, if assigned, will be posted as an “update” in Schoology

Exceptional Experience
Some activities students will do this year include: Making a cell analogy, extracting DNA from a strawberry, and researching an endangered animal. Students in Art may have the opportunity to make their endangered animal.
