Communications related threats in relation to the pursuance of the needs of an individual, citizen, society and the state in terms of production, consumption, dissemination and development of the national strategic content and information are as follows:
Information presence of Ukraine in the world
The issue of image policy of the state is emphasized to be able to quickly transform into significant negative consequences for national security, and thus, state government bodies should make informed decisions to have qualitative and efficient influence on the formation of the positive image of Ukraine in the world. Therefore, the idea under which the international image of Ukraine shall be formed due to business relations, via cultural exchange, mass media, which are powerful forces of formation of a positive view of Ukraine, is offered. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is stated to be the central institution engaged in the problem of formation of the image of Ukraine. Obviously, this arouses above all from functions and tasks, which are traditionally set before the the foreign policy department of the state.
