FROM THE SANDBOX ACCOUNT & SHARED DRIVES

Robbie downloaded the PDFs of the student editions with formative assessment options as well as the topic benchmark assessments. We are going to use these today…

In order to ensure that originals do not get altered, everything has been loaded to a separate Google Site and set to force copy and create your own copy…so no worries about messing anything up.

KAMI’S NEW AI TOOLS

CONVERT

Best for PDFs where the system can analyze and create questions easily to accompany the text

Since our PDF already has questions, we are going to use this tool to convert them to self-grading

Let AI help you build an assessment from the ground up with a combo of AI and user-created questions

18 of 33

We are going to convert this document, since it is already a test/assessment

NOTE:

It will only convert 10 pages at a time using AI at this point, so they will need to be done in sections (ex: run the first 10 pages of questions and then the next 10 pages or 5 pages or whatever is left to get them all)

Make sure you find where assessment actually starts and use the page numbers on KAMI, not the test.

After it runs, the “Questions” editor will appear on the right side of screen.

YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE THE ANSWERS AI CHOSE ARE CORRECT.
