• Today we are starting FALL MAP testing
• You will take your test when your group is in the building
• You will test in your English, Math and INS class
• Make sure to bring your school laptop and your charger

School uniform and PE kit

There will be a last push this week to remind you to be in your uniform. Ms. Cristina will remind you this week. Next week, the expectation is that you are in your correct uniform. If you are not in your correct uniform, you will need to contact home, have them bring in your uniform while you wait at the main reception.

Expectations around PHE kit and school uniform for this school year.

§ You may wear your PHE kit to school if it is the first block of the day after advisory.

§ You must bring a school uniform to change into for the remainder of the day.

§ If PHE is not your first block of the day, you must arrive to school in school uniform and bring your PHE kit with you to school.

§ You are not required to return to your school uniform if PHE is your last block of the school day as you will be going home after school.

COVID-19 Safety

• Signs are placed in various locations like desks and majlis
• They are meant to be a reminder for social distancing which a school expectation
• Also part of safety is wearing your mask correctly at all times
• Failure to follow these rules and expectations can lead to home calls and consequences

Uniform checks

• Starting next week on Sunday September 26, there will be uniform checks
• Make sure to wear your correct uniform (black shoes included)
• The PE kit can be worn in advisory if you have PE during 1st block and when leaving school if PE was your last block of the day
• No matter when you have PE, you should also have your school uniform with you and wear it when expected
• Students who do not have their uniform will be sent to the main office to wait for the correct uniform to be brought to school
