Rotary is made up of clubs, areas, districts within 34 zones; administered by Rotary International operations.

Clubs meet in person on a regular basis, and there are virtual clubs
Rotary Action Groups are comprised of Rotarians with a similar focus

Rotary is funded by individual members via annual fees and donations
Club project funding can be matched with District and Global grants
The Rotary Foundation was established to administer those donations to provide grant monies for local and international service projects
