Integrating Career Pathways Across Campus–Met once. Looking at development of comprehensive plan that tracks steps of a student’s career path, including when, with whom, what training/resources are required for each step, etc. Will meet again on Dec 3.
Integrating Adjuncts–Putting together a survey of adjuncts to better understand how prepared (or not) adjuncts feel to incorporate CP, what resources they say would be helpful, their level of willingness to incorporate CP, and what they see as the challenges. Trying to meet again this semester.
Campus-wide Education and Engagement–Have had difficulty finding a time; will hopefully meet this semester. I am recommending this AG focus on campus-wide education, as several other AGs are covering engagement across campus.
Career Pathways Tools–Met once. Focused on integrating LMI Tools and Journey Mapping. Want to develop (or find?) a comprehensive online platform that effectively tracks/guides a students career path.
Tracking and Engaging Alums–Met once. Focused on tracking alums (a little on engaging, but will focus more on that in a future meeting). Gathering information about how this currently happens across YWM campuses to inform the discussion moving forward. Will meet again next semester, possibly pulling in others (alum or development office, etc.).
Entrepreneurship–ON HOLD

Engaging Employers–Met once. Will reconvene again before December 11, to discuss employer engagement activities that took place this semester and share +/-.
Needs of Athletes–Met once. Gathering information on best practices for collaboration between faculty and athletics staff, recognizing the importance of having the buy-in and partnership of athletics colleagues. Will meet again early spring semester.
Biology–Met once. Sharing examples of assignments/lesson plans that effectively integrate CP. Will meet again tomorrow.
Psychology/Sociology–Met once. Discussed usefulness of sharing resources/materials with each other. Identified several topics they’d like to explore in future meetings. Will cover internships and other experiential learning at next meeting in January.
Theater/Music–Finalizing membership, hopefully will meet this semester.
Criminal Justice–Met once. Identified some areas for resource-sharing and planned to connect additional colleagues with each other. Will likely meet at least once more next semester.
Business/Management–Met once. Meeting again on December 3, as only half of group was present at first meeting. Still sharing information with each other and working to find areas of potential collaboration.
