• Existing accounts in the Identity Automation Support Community were sent emails from communications@jamf.com to create their Jamf IDs.

​

• Click the link provided in the email to create your Jamf ID. This will ensure that your Jamf ID will be associated with the correct district in the Jamf Account Support Portal

​

• If you did not receive an email, visit account.jamf.com to create your Jamf ID. Use the email address associated with the district you have the LEA Administrator role

Important to note this is just one option, a LEA is free to dictate if they would not like this tool used or an alternative they would prefer we use when troubleshooting with them, most of the information can be found in network logs built into the browser as well a Saml trace tool (or similar auth type tool) can help clean up the various things the network log might show that are not useful.
